Who qualifies
- You completed the course and received your certificate, and
- The court, prosecutor, or diversion office you were ordered to take the class for wouldn’t accept it.
How to request a refund
Within 60 days of purchase, email info@wichitasafedriving.com with:
- Your name and the email you registered with
- Which court or program turned the certificate down (a copy of their notice or a short note from your attorney or diversion officer helps)
When you’ll get it
We’ll reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal, usually within 5–7 business days.
Other refunds
If you bought the course by mistake and haven’t started it, email us within 7 days for a full refund. Because the course is digital and the certificate is issued as soon as you finish, we don’t otherwise refund completed courses.
